# Tournaments Now Live on GamerPlug — Feature Announcement

> GamerPlug now surfaces real gaming tournaments in-app. Browse, filter, register, and compete — squad and tournament in the same place, finally.

As of June 2026, GamerPlug includes a Tournaments section that pulls real gaming events from across the internet into a single, browsable feed inside the app. Find a competition, assemble your squad, and sign up — without ever leaving the platform you already use to play.

## The Problem It Solves

Finding a tournament used to mean an afternoon of tab-switching. You'd dig up a Discord link from three months ago, scroll a subreddit, bounce between bracket sites that all want separate accounts, and still not know whether spots were open by the time you pieced it together. The competitions were never hard to *run* — they were hard to *find*.

Platforms like Challengermode alone host hundreds of thousands of events every month, and at any given time there are over a thousand upcoming competitions across titles like Valorant, Apex Legends, Rocket League, and Fortnite. None of it lived in one place — until now.

GamerPlug centralised discovery. Open the Tournaments tab and the feed is right there.

## What's in the Tournaments Section

The Tournaments section brings the full competitive picture into one view, with the context you actually need before you commit.

**Competitions across top titles**

Browse live and upcoming tournaments for Apex Legends, Valorant, Fortnite, and League of Legends — all in a single scrollable feed instead of a dozen separate Discords.

**Everything at a glance**

Each listing shows the game, format (1v1, 2v2, 5v5, Battle Royale, and more), start time, prize pool, region, and how many spots remain. No surprises after sign-up.

**Org-hosted and community-hosted events**

Established esports organisations — including BB eSports, CyberX League, eSports Faction, and Gamers Battle Arena — list their competitions directly on GamerPlug alongside community-run events. Create your own tournament from within the app if you want to run one.

**Registration in one place**

Register directly in-app or follow the organiser's link. Either way, you never have to leave to complete the process.

**In-tournament activity feed**

Each active tournament has its own activity feed for lobby code drops, check-in reminders, and coordination between your squad members.

**Tournament leaderboards**

Track standings per tournament using game-specific stats, updated in real time as matches complete.

**Team map** *(added August 2026)*

For Apex Legends events, see full roster and seat breakdowns — useful for scouting opposing teams and verifying your own lineup before play begins.

## Who It's For

You don't need to be going pro or have an org behind you to get value here.

* **Solo players** — find an open bracket and use GamerPlug matchmaking to build the squad you need to enter it, same day.
* **Existing squads** — stop debating where to compete. Open the feed, pick a tournament that fits your schedule, and go.
* **Casual players** — browse what's out there with no pressure. Jump in when something looks right.
